Over the years, we have continuously improved our capabilities to fulfill our commitment as better partners to our clients and principals:

• MCTI has become an authorized channel partner of Honeywell in the Philippines for Terminal Automation, Tank Gauging Systems, and Gas Detection Systems.

• Our years of reliable technical service have established a solid credibility in the local Oil and gas Industry. This has resulted in an extensive network of connections with major players which we are maximizing to promote the complete Honeywell Solution Systems: these include Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Smart Wearables.

• MCTI’s technical expertise has made us synonymous as the go-to technical service provider (installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance) for all Tank Gauging Brands, Flowmetering, Blending and Additivation, Lightning Protection Systems, as well as Internal Floating Roofs to name a few.

• We are capable of servicing our clients and installing bases nationwide with dedicated teams assigned not only in Luzon but also in Visayas and Mindanao.

• We maintain and develop our expertise by conducting training locally for our workforce via our partner technical school, SOPHIA (School for Skills Development Inc.) since 2013. We also send our sales and technical team to international training conducted by our principals to keep abreast with the latest developments.

• Part of our commitment to our clients is conducting Technical Training for their personnel. We conduct on-site training for them covering all the product lines we carry.

• We value safety most of all, so all the members of our team have undergone BOSH and COSH training, and are Certified Safety Practitioners.

• In terms of facilities, we have stock inventory capability to supply spare parts and replacements to our install base.

• In the past, MCTI was the designated representative of Endress+Hauser for Tank Gauging in the Philippines from 2004 up to 2016.

• In 2011, we also became the official channel partner of Endress+Hauser for Oil & Gas and Marine Industries in the Philippines which ended in 2016.

• Some of our milestone projects and contracts worth noting are the following:

  • Installation of the first Bottom Loading System for PETRON Navotas (2019);

  • Engineering, Procurement, and Construction for PETRON REFINERY: Improvement of Lightning Protection System at the Million Barrel Crude Tank TK-106 to TK-111 Project. (Installation of Retractable Grounding Assemblies for 6 tanks in 2019);

  • Engineering design, supply, and installation of Automatic Blending-Loading Systems, Automatic Tank Gauging Systems for 8 tanks, and Grounding for PHOENIX BULK DEPOT, General Santos City (2019);

  • Installation of 51 Honeywell Gas Detectors and 6 Lot Central Monitoring Station Units for 6 major PETRON TERMINALS: Mandaue, Rosario, Tagoloan, Bacolod, Iloilo, and San Fernando (2018);

  • On-going Preventive Maintenance Contract with PHOENIX PETROLEUM Philippines Inc. for all our install bases in their depots and terminals. These include rotating gantry, tank instruments, fire pump gensets, electrical equipment, and relief devices.

  • Supply of first IFR and first Ultrasonic Flowmeters at Shell;

  • Standardized Endress+Hauser (Tank Gauging) at Petron Depots and Terminals;

  • Standardized Vacono Deck at PCSPC, Phoenix, Azora Holdings, and even Petron Corporation for some time;

  • Standardized all product lines at Phoenix Petroleum Philippines Inc. (Metering, Tank Gauging, and Pumps);

  • Standardized Endress+Hauser (Tank Gauging) at Isla LPG;

  • Supply off Mass flowmeters in different depots of Isla LPG;

  • Integration of Batch Controller (Isoil) with Mass Flowmeter at Isla LPG (Iloilo);

  • Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of GDS and FDAS at Petron Mabini; and

  • Maintaining all of the depots and terminals of Petron for GDS and Tank Gauging System
