Honeywell Analytics offers a complete line of rugged, reliable, fixed-point gas detectors to serve as your first line of defense against gas threats from toxic and combustible gases that are part of an industrial process or a by-product.

The fixed line incorporates the full spectrum of Honeywell gas sensing technologies (electrochemical, catalytic bead, open-path, and point Infrared), offering the safety manager a “one-stop” solution for choosing a compatible gas detection system or integrated fire/gas system. Whether your need is to monitor gas hazards in a large area or several discrete locations from a convenient central site, Honeywell Analytics has a solution.

XNX Universal Transmitter

XNX supports Electrochemical, Infrared and Catalytic Bead gas monitors and uses standard 4-20mA wiring and HART: options include Modbus, Fieldbus (pending) up to three relays and a local Hart Adapter for configuration and diagnostics using existing HART handheld devices.

With 200+ unique configurations, XNX satisfies Class 1/Class 2 intrinsically safe, explosion-proof requirements in upstream/downstream oil, chemical, wastewater and other industries.

Sensepoint XCD RTD

Sensepoint XCD RTD from Honeywell Analytics makes it easy on your maintenance team, time and budget when faced with the challenge of monitoring toxic gases in Class I, Div. 2 areas. You can mount the unit up to 100 feet from the transmitter to obtain maximum gas detection coverage in areas not easily accessible or where the sensor would not be visible, as in high-or low-level concealed areas, or detection outside the room being monitored. XCD RTD offers unrivaled flexibility and performance via its easily recognizable display (traffic light pattern) to convey safety status, communication and mounting options, and onboard diagnostics.

Sensepoint XCD RFD

Sensepoint XCD RFD (Remote Flammable Detector) has been specifically designed for use with remotely mounted flammable gas sensors. This configuration is ideal for applications where the sensor is required to be mounted remotely from the transmitter in areas where temperatures are well above ambient (up to 150°C/302°F), or that are difficult to access. The transmitter can be mounted at a suitable location away from this area where it is easy to access, view its display and interact with via the user interface.

Sensepoint XCD

Sensepoint XCD now has remote monitoring capabilities for its toxic and Oxygen sensors. Its remote capability is designed to offer excellent flexibility of use and is an ideal solution for hard-to-reach locations or areas where the transmitter needs to be separate from the sensor. With remote toxic and Oxygen sensor mounting of up to 100 feet (30m) away from the transmitter, Sensepoint XCD provides a robust monitoring solution even in challenging environments where detection is difficult, including applications where the point of detection is in an area that is not easily accessible or where the detector would not be visible, like in high or low level concealed areas or outside a room being monitored.

Series 3000 MkII Transmitter with Sensor

The Series 3000 range of transmitters provide comprehensive monitoring of toxic and Oxygen gas hazards in potentially explosive atmospheres. Suitable for mounting both indoors and out, they are available in two versions and offer excellent versatility. The MkII is contained in a flameproof housing, has an intrinsically safe sensor connection and is for use in predominantly Zone 1 applications. However, with the use of the optional remote mounting kit the sensor of the MkII can be mounted in a Zone 0 environment.

These low powered gas detectors all feature a loop powered 4-20 mA connection, making them ideal for both new and retrofit installations. Users can configure the detector through the use of the easy to read LCD and intuitive interface while fault diagnostic software and a programmable calibration period greatly simplify maintenance procedures.

Searchline Excel Open Path Infrared Gas Detector

Searchline Excel is totally immune to interference from sunlight or any other sources of radiation such as flare stacks, arc welding or lightning.

The patented optical design used in Searchline Excel has proven itself as the only solution available that fully addresses all the challenges of open path gas detection. Unlike some competitive devices, it does not try to hide fundamental design inadequacy with the use of software masks that can compromise the unit’s ability to detect gas.

Searchline Excel employs a patented double band pass filter that fully compensates for all types of fog and / or rain, thereby allowing it to continue to operate accurately and reliably in all climatic conditions.

705 HT Series of Flammable Gas Sensors

The Model 705 high temperature sensor has been specifically designed for the detection of combustible gases in high temperature hazardous area locations. Typical applications include turbine enclosures and drying ovens used insolvent based printing and coating machines.

Chemcassette Tapes

Chemcassette® paper tape technology is highly specific and reacts extremely fast to the presence of parts per billion (ppb) levels of many hazardous gases. The Chemcassette® sensing technology maintains over 200,000 points of gas detection at any given time worldwide in some of the most critical safety applications possible.

Satellite XT with Sensor

The Satellite XT is an intelligent gas detection transmitter that utilizes a unique electrochemical sensor to detect toxic, corrosive, and combustible gas. The Satellite XT monitor at or near a potential source of gas release. Field accessories allow sampling options for various environments, including in–situ duct detection and extractive designs for harsh or remote areas. Toxic gases that need to be pyrolyzed for detection can be detected with an optional pyrolyzer. Typical installations for gas detection sampling include gas cabinet exhaust ducting, valve manifold boxes, equipment enclosures, gas storage rooms, and ambient breathing zones. Manufacturers of Semiconductor manufacturing equipment also use it.

GasAlert Extreme

The GasAlert Extreme gas detector (“the detector”) warns of hazardous gas at levels above a factory set alarm setpoint. This product is a gas detector, not a measurement device.

The detector is a personal safety device. It is your responsibility to respond properly to the alarms.
