OPTISWITCH 5300

The OPTISWITCH 5300 is a vibration level switch for heavy duty applications. It is designed for high/low level alarm, overfill protection or pump dry-run detection in processes from cryogenic to +450°C / +842°F. Its pressure range (up to 160 barg / 2321 psig) meets boiler standards covering virtually all saturated steam applications. With its corrosion-resistant tuning fork (Inconel® 718), an optional 2nd process seal (ceramic) and an extensive set of approvals (WHG, NACE, Ship, Ex, Boiler and SIL) it is the ideal device for harsh environments such as refineries or offshore platforms.

OPTISWITCH 3300

The OPTISWITCH 3300 is a vibration level switch with tube extension for applications with bulk solids or powders. This robust level device detects the MIN or MAX levels of abrasive media and operates reliably even in applications with extremely low density. Its tube extension enables level detection in thick-walled silos or for a more flexible position of the switching point, e.g. in media that form a cone of bulk goods.

OPTISWITCH 3200

The OPTISWITCH 3200 is a vibration level switch with suspension cable for solid applications such as high level alarm on aggregate silos. The flexible suspension cable avoids mechanical strain caused by movements of the bulk solids. It is suitable for applications with a low density (e.g. aerosol) or for the detection of solids in water (e.g. in sedimentation tanks of hydro-electric power stations).

The OPTISWITCH 3100 is a compact vibration level switch suitable for solids. It can be used for applications with a low density (e.g. aerosol) or for solid detection (e.g. in the water of sedimentation tanks at hydro-electric power stations).

OPTIMASS 6400

The OPTIMASS 6400 is the standard high performance Coriolis mass flowmeter for the process industry. The twin bent tube meter offers superior performance and high accuracy in virtually any application: From process control in (petro)chemical applications to concentration measurements in the food and beverage industry to custody transfer filling and transport measurements in the oil and gas industry. Its high-end options also make the OPTIMASS 6400 the optimum device for cryogenic media like Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) with temperatures down to -200°C / -328°F as well as applications involving high operating temperatures (up to 400°C / 752°F) or pressures (up to 200 barg / 2900 psig).

The OPTIMASS 6400 features Entrained Gas Management (EGMTM) for liquid applications and thus maintains operation even with entrained gas of up to 100%. The meter has various approvals for hazardous areas and is also suitable for use in Safety Instrumented Systems (SIL 2/3). It comes with extensive diagnostic functions (NE 107) and various digital communication options. Via the OPTICHECK Flow Mobile app all device settings can be managed on-site via a secure Bluetooth® connection. In this way, a variety of commissioning tasks, e.g. zero calibration or configuration of diagnostics, can be done wirelessly.

OPTIMASS 2000

The OPTIMASS 2000 is a Coriolis mass flow sensor. Combined with the MFC 400 signal converter it forms the OPTIMASS 24 00 high-performance Coriolis mass flowmeter for bulk mass and high volume flow measurement of gases and (non-) conductive liquids.

OPTIMASS 1400

The OPTIMASS 1400 is a cost-effective twin straight tube Coriolis mass flowmeter for a wide range of standard applications with gases and liquids (up to 170,000 kg/h or 6,235 lb/min). The meter features Entrained Gas Management (EGMTM) for liquid applications and thus maintains operation even with entrained gas of up to 100%.

The OPTIMASS 1400 features an inimize flow splitter for minimum pressure loss and can be drained and cleaned easily. Next to flange process connections it supports a wide range of standard hygienic connections for food and beverage applications. Like with all other KROHNE Coriolis mass flowmeters there are no installation restrictions as the OPTIMASS 1400 is not affected by crosstalk/line vibrations and can thus be installed in series or in parallel.
